Who are We
Jay and Rach
Jay served in the British Army for 9 years as an Infantry Solider, once leaving he wanted to help people achieve their goals in fitness and became a Level 4 Personal Trainer with an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition. Rach spent many years working hard towards achieving a Diploma in Financial Services, but wanted to help people become the best versions of themselves. Rach became a Personal Trainer and Specialises in Weight Loss and Post Natal Training. We have many years of Personal Training experience behind us, and have trained male and females clients from all walks of life, all of which have wanted to achieve very different goals. These have included Bodybuilding Competitors stepping on stage, Crossfit Athletes requiring training for their upcoming events and Runners wanting to run their first Marathon. Our approach to Online Coaching and Nutrition is unique, we understand that everyone is different and this reflects in our approach to your training. We know people have busy lives and can't get to the gym everyday or get the required minimum 8 hours sleep. We know this all too well with having young children of our own!! But we know how to successfully get around these obstacles and still get you the goals you want.
